Background of Alokayon
The almighty Allah made our life more complacent, happy, enjoyable, effective providing us with health, wealth, shelter and education. We cannot survive in the world without His uncountable blessings. On the other hand, there are many disabled people, needy and orphan people live in our society who are passing their miserable lives without food, education, treatment, shelter etc. These needy people do not have even regular food opportunity to have regular food, schooling, health and hygienic facilities let alone other essential commodities. Considering the situation of these helpless people we should be grateful to Almighty Allah and should come forward to help destitute people. As a proud follower of Islam, it is our moral duty and obligation to play active role to make these people able to become self-contained in the society. By doing this, they will be enabled to lead their lives with honor and dignity
In order to facilitate these needy people by the inspiration from the holy Quran and hadith) Alokayon is set up in April 2011 aiming to serve the hard-core poor people to make them self-reliant. Alokayon believes that poverty is not an economic problem but a deep and painful lack of caring and sharing. The root cause of poverty is not scarcity of resources rather unequal distribution of wealth and illegal resources grabbed by some miscreants and their irresponsibility for society. Alokayon thinks that it is our moral and human duty to help orphan and hardcore poor and also teach them how to lead a self-esteemed and dignified daily life.
In reality we are but a global family. We cannot succeed in keeping our relatives, neighbor distress people aloof and we must lift all the people to get total benefit. We cannot improve our society and leave it for our next generation. Moreover, the poor people will not only benefit from us besides the society and the country will benefit from the effort. So, it is requested to all kindhearted people to come forward under the umbrella of Alokayon for doing something to the hardcore poor.
